[hon07] Signals EP
We celebrated the release of our first 12" record with a Bit-Tuner BBQ at Sonic Records, Zurich. We'd like to thank everyone who came by for the music, for the grill, for the chat - we're extremely happy to feel your love & support. Also, we'd like to thank our friends from Bit-Tuner ., who helped make the following night possible and brought the day to an extremely fitting end with sets by Coco Bryce, Kratermann, P-Tess, Kool Kat and Jordi Fresco - alongside our honey
Bit-Tuner Release Show
The official release show of Bit-Tuner's Signals EP took place on May 19th, at Palace, St.Gallen. The "master of booming bass walls" killed them all.
There were rumors going around, people were getting excited days ahead, some were even betting on the night. Bit-Tuner returned to Palace, St.Gallen, as a local artist - having made his first musical steps in this city. Only logical, that everyone had great expectations - the musically interested in the city have known Bit-Tuner and his sonic adventures for several years now. He was joined one of Dubstep's, pardon, Bass Music's icons - Shackleton and Zurich's basswise crew, the DubExMachina Soundsystem.
The stage was beautifully lighted and our "master of booming basswalls and sweeping noises" opened the night with his new live set - combining older and newer tracks side by side. Palace's guest took the leap from the first moment on: it was a bass heavy, deep night. The culture and nightlife blog even praised Bit-Tuner's set in an extended article (german). Or, to put it in Shackleton's words: "Great live-set, Mr. Serious".
